Job summary

UCLA is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day activities for the CARB-funded project on climate disclosure and reporting under SB 253. You will manage deliverables, schedules, budgets, and external vendors, reporting to the PI and coordinating with UCLA offices and contract personnel.

The role requires strong project management, knowledge of GHG accounting and California policy, and the ability to supervise student researchers while ensuring compliance with UTC terms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience administering complex, multi-stakeholder projects with defined deliverables, milestones, and budgets.
• Familiarity with corporate greenhouse gas accounting concepts and disclosure frameworks.
• Knowledge of California climate policy and SB 253/SB 261 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, milestones, and deliverables under the CARB agreement.
• Serve as liaison among UCLA teams, CARB, OCGA, EFM, and external vendors.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and compliance with UTC terms; supervise students and interns.
• Prepare ADA-compliant deliverables and coordinate accessibility review.
