Job summary

University of California, Los Angeles is conducting a full‑time, in‑person Project Manager role to coordinate a multi‑party program under CARB Agreement No. 25ISD003.

You will manage deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications while supervising student researchers and coordinating with UCLA Anderson staff. The role requires strong project management, GHG policy knowledge, and the ability to work with government agencies and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience administering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with defined deliverables, milestones, and budgets.
• Familiarity with corporate greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting concepts, scopes 1–3, and environmental disclosure frameworks.
• Experience with California climate disclosure policy (SB 253) and related acts.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, state‑funded or government‑contracted programs; ability to coordinate resources and manage risk.
• Experience applying GHG accounting and climate policy knowledge to assess work and identify gaps.
• Strong writing and communication abilities; ADA‑compliant document production preferred.
• Knowledge of UCLA financial/human resources policies (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities under the CARB Agreement, monitor deliverables and timelines.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination among UCLA teams, CARB contacts, OCGA, EFM, and external vendors.
• Prepare ADA‑compliant public reports and assist with quarterly invoices and certifications.
• Support stakeholder outreach and supervise student researchers on operational tasks.
