Idaho Forest Group seeks a Sawmill Supervisor to lead operations across the log yard, sawmill, and filing room, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient production. You will supervise daily activities, manage inventory, and collaborate with maintenance to drive continuous improvement.
The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety. Evening or weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities to mentor a diverse team.
The Sawmill Supervisor leads the team responsible for all operations in the log yard/merch, sawmill, and filing room, ensuring efficient processing of raw materials while prioritizing safety, quality, and production standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS- Office, Finance, Corporate, Mill Supervisory
Ability to sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distance, and climb stairs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate all weather elements, loud conditions, airborne particles (sawdust).
