Qualifications

• Previous experience operating saws in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Ability to read a tape measure within a 1/32.
• Ability to differentiate materials: aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate saw equipment to cut materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of cuts while minimizing waste.
• Maintain and troubleshoot saw equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
