Staffmark Group is hiring a Saw Operator in Waite Park, MN. The role involves loading materials, inspecting quality, and helping achieve daily production goals on the line. Training on first shift is available, with subsequent shifts; pay ranges from $23 to $28 per hour.

This direct-hire position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, plus 1 year of machining and saw operation experience. Demands physical activity and teamwork.

Location: Waite Park, MN

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Shift: 1st 6am-2pm M-F | 2nd 1:30pm-11:30pm M-Thurs | Must be able to train on 1st

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of machining + saw machine operation experience.
• Basic knowledge of inspection tools, including their uses and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
• Lift (up to) 50 lbs and stack safely.
• Ability to stay active and on your feet the entire shift.
