Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating the saw machine.
• Ensuring precision and accuracy in the cutting processes.
• Maintaining the equipment for optimal performance.
• Unload material when material is delivered.
• Clean the material thoroughly and mark it clearly, including the type of material and its size.
• Place material in the designated stocking racks as required.
• Keep track of the material inventory and order more when low.
• Cut the material listed on the cut sheet for each job with accuracy.
• Ensure cut material is placed in the appropriate location.
• Delivery responsibilities.
• Perform various odd jobs around the shop as needed.
• Keep the saw area neat and clean to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in other departments’ duties to gain exposure and experience.
