Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Saw Crew A team member at our Gainesville, GA facility. The role requires flexibility across shifts, ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, and a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

You will participate in meetings, maintain cleanliness, and meet strict scrap and return targets. Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience is desirable; fluency in English and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience desirable.
• Fluent in English; good verbal communication.
• Must work in non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs with a partner repeatedly.
• Job skills assessment will be conducted to verify skills and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols.
• Participate in pre and post shift meetings.
• Maintain department housekeeping standards.
• Complete STOP observations as needed.
• Understand company quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintain scrap rate below 1.5%.
• Maintain customer returns below 0.5%.

Hourly Rate: $21.72 to start; $22.00 at 90 Days

What you will be doing

• Follow all safety protocols.
• Participate in pre and post shift meetings.
• Maintain department housekeeping standards.
• Complete STOP observations as needed.
• Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances.
• Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap- less than 1.5%.
• Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns- less than 0.5%.

• Successful score on job skills assessment. Will be assessed by internal or external sources to verify job skills, as well as reading and math comprehension.
