Job summary

Hydro in Gainesville, GA, is hiring for a night-shift production role on a 12-hour continental schedule. The position offers an hourly start rate of $21.72 with a raise to $22.00 after 90 days, plus eligibility for retirement plans, education assistance, and a bonus plan.

Expect non-climate-controlled conditions and the need to lift up to 100 lbs with a partner in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include following safety protocols, participating in shift meetings, performing STOP

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
• Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English; Good verbal communications skills a plus.
• Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs. with a partner on a repetitive basis.
• Successful score on job skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols.
• Participate in pre and post shift meetings.
• Complete STOP observations as needed.
• Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances.
• Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap- less than 1.5%.
• Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns- less than 0.5%.

week 2: work Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)

week 3: work Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (48 hours)

week 4: work Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)

What you will be doing
