Mondelēz International in East Hanover, NJ seeks a Senior Manager to own all insights and analytics for the Savory category. You will deliver holistic, data-driven insights and action plans with clear business impact, leveraging internal, external, and syndicated data sources.

The role requires 7+ years in insights/analytics/strategy in CPG, strong communication, and ability to influence senior leadership. Hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Insights, Analytics, Strategy roles in CPG.
• Proven track record of driving business by leveraging insights and analytics.
• Demonstrates ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making.
• Outstanding communication skills; Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions clearly.
• Data pulling, analysis, and visualization skills are a must.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI in insights.

Responsibilities

• Owns US data integration to drive Savory strategies; acts as a business partner.
• Leads understanding of consumer, market and competitive landscape with internal, external and syndicated data sources.
• Assesses brand/marketing fundamentals and integrates MMM with insights for marketing strategy.
• Identifies trends using real-time data and advanced analytics.
• Diagnoses business performance and leads monthly performance analysis with syndicated data.
• Guides cross-functional teams to an objective viewpoint and communicates path to action.
• Leads Insights & Analytics team across the category.
