- 7+ years' experience in Insights, Analytics, Strategy roles in CPG.
- Proven track record of driving business by leveraging insights and analytics.
- Demonstrates ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making.
- Outstanding communication skills; Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions clearly.
Responsibilities
- Holistic Business Understanding and Thought Leadership: single point leader for US data to drive Savory strategies.
- Leading Business Reviews: diagnose performance using syndicated data and Nielsen data; guide cross-functional teams.
- Consumer Insights Leadership: use broad research tools to assess issues and translate into action steps.
- Lead and guide a team of Insights & Analytics professionals across the category.
