Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior IAM Security Engineer to own and operate our Saviynt-based IGA platform, solving complex identity challenges and guiding production support. You will be the primary technical owner of Saviynt, ensuring reliable lifecycle management and governance across Oracle, AD, Entra ID, and related applications.

The role blends hands-on engineering with governance maturity, platform reliability improvements, and leadership across security domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management or related disciplines.
• 3+ years delivering Identity Governance and Administration capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or EmpowerID.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day and ensure reliability of the Saviynt platform.
• Troubleshoot provisioning and identity lifecycle across systems.
• Lead IAM integrations, connectors, workflows, and APIs.
• Own testing, deployment, and upgrades for IAM enhancements.
• Mentor engineers and participate in governance processes.
• Improve platform observability and runbooks.
