Position Overview

FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (PART-TIME)

We are hiring customer service representatives to support inbound and outbound customer service projects for Financial Services clients. We seek qualified professionals committed to providing world-class service to members, employees, and communities.

In this role, you will work directly with bank customers, providing product and account information, resolving issues, and answering questions regarding bank processes. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and highly reliable.

Salary

$11.10 - $16.10 / hour

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally, including email and live chat
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure first call resolution
  • Follow client processes and perform tasks courteously and professionally
  • Use knowledge base and training to answer questions accurately
  • Create and maintain customer CRM records
  • Document call resolutions accurately
  • Follow confidentiality requirements and scripts/policies
  • Adhere to attendance and training requirements
Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows

  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, patient
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred (Not Required)
  • 1+ year in customer service or related fields
  • State or Federal work experience
