Job summary

Surge Resources, LLC is seeking an experienced construction professional to manage assignments in the Savannah, GA region and surrounding areas. The role combines field management with detailed scope-of-work development, cost estimating, and coordination with inspectors and program authorities.

The ideal candidate has broad knowledge of residential construction from foundation to finish and can own projects from initial site assessment to final punch-out, with extensive travel across Georgia.

Qualifications

• Broad, working knowledge of residential construction from foundation to finish.
• Ability to own a project from site assessment to punch-out.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments of properties with room-by-room interior and full exterior evaluations.
• Take comprehensive site photos documenting conditions and progress.
• Prepare detailed, itemized cost estimates and SOWs.
• Coordinate with local building/code inspectors throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage permitting submittals, tracking, and closeout.
