• Ability to read and interpret recipes and maintain portion controls.
• Strong teamwork and communication to coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and requests.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Safely use knives and kitchen tools; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Read a thermometer accurately and communicate delays or issues to the Coordinator.
• Maintain item counts and report when quantities fall below minimums.
