Home Helpers Home Care of Gwinnett is seeking an experienced caregiver for a Saturday-only shift in Lilburn, GA. The role emphasizes compassionate, dependable, and personalized care to support client safety, comfort, and independence.

A minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience is required, with preference for home/senior care backgrounds. You will follow care plans, provide companionship, assist with daily activities, meal prep, and mobility support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience required.
• Previous home care or senior care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care instructions and maintain professional boundaries.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Must meet applicable background screening and hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Support safe mobility and transfers, as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and company policies.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
• Follow established care plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
