Job summary

Mission Hospital, located in Asheville, North Carolina, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality care with robust staffing support and resources. You will lead nursing care, perform assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation, and document patient and family education.

The role requires RN licensure in NC, BLS/ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of RN experience, with potential for specialty certification and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience.
• Associates in Nursing.
• North Carolina Board of Nursing licensure; eNLC license may apply.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred Certification: National Certification in area of specialty.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Hours: 4 9hr shifts 8:00am-5:30pm

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

• Required Experience:One year of RN experience
• Preferred Experience: Surgical Services/Critical Care and or strong hospital nursing experience
• Required Education:Associates in Nursing
• Required License:Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.
• Required Certifications:BLS and ACLS
• Preferred Certification: National Certification in area of specialty
