Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Test Conductor 2 (Integration and Test) in Gilbert, AZ to design, develop, and execute test procedures for spacecraft flight hardware. The role requires experience with system-level integration, scripting, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering with 2+ years of related experience (or MS with 0 years) and the ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance. Travel to support launch campaigns and shift work are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related engineering experience; or a master’s degree with 0 years of related engineering experience
• Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance and access to special programs
• Strong communication, initiative and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Perform test preparation and execute procedures for spacecraft flight hardware
• Develop and run automated test scripts using scripting languages
• Troubleshoot test failures with electrical test equipment and flight hardware
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during anomaly resolution
• Support various shifts and travel as needed for launch campaigns
• Ensure compliance with test engineering practices and procedures
• Communicate findings clearly and document results
