Qualifications

• 2+ years of data scientist experience.
• 3+ years of data querying languages (SQL) experience.
• 3+ years of ML/statistical modeling and data analysis experience.
• 1+ years of working with or evaluating AI systems.
• Master's degree in STEM or related experience.
• Experience applying theoretical models in applied environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, software and manufacturing to understand satellite performance drivers.
• Lead the design and implementation of production models and real-time decisions for test results.
• Drive scalable actions to optimize test methods and improve satellite reliability.
• Analyze satellite telemetry data from lab and on-orbit results.
• Develop data pipelines and models for telemetry analysis and visualization.
• Create datasets for model pre-training and supervised fine-tuning of LLMs.
