Job Scope: Satellite Site Manager is responsible for comprehensive management of the Quintara Satellite Site, ensuring the continuous operation and consistent fulfillment of service standards. The Satellite Site Manager is responsible for the site and will lead efforts to achieve financial and operational goals.

1. Set up the lab with requested functions, including location search, rent negotiation, equipment installation and validation, process transfer, logistics, etc.
2. Build up the local team for site operation, conduct training, retention, regular performance management, and other team-building activities.
3. Manage daily operations, including production and logistics, to ensure the site meets performance standards.
4. Organize and maintain inventory to meet operational demands and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
5. Implement systematic management of instruments and labware.
6. Implement 6S management system to improve safety and productivity.
7. Identify, report, and act on potential risks to prevent production issues.
8. Perform any tasks assigned by the line manager.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2-5 years’ experience as a lab manager in academia or a production manager in industry; experience in core facilities or molecular biology CRO is a plus.
2. Hands-on experience in sequencing or molecular biology.
3. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
4. Ability to identify and solve problems.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Relationships:

1. Report to: CEO
2. Collaborate with: commercial team, R&D team, and HQ logistics team
