Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a STARLINK Production Technician in Bastrop, TX. This hands-on role supports PCB production, machine and facilities maintenance, silicon packaging, gateway, solar, and satellite operations as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a metrics-driven environment, able to interpret work instructions and schematics, and committed to minimizing downtime while improving yield.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read work instructions and mechanical/electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per work instructions and safety standards in high-volume manufacturing.
• Operate production equipment and monitor process conditions.
• Troubleshoot equipment with maintenance/engineering teams to reduce downtime.
• Use measuring tools for calibration, inspection, and repairs.
• Read schematics and parts lists to support assembly and fabrication.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and safety analyses for the area.
