Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing or high-volume production.
• Ability to read drawings and controlled documentation.
• Willingness to work across shifts and maintain safety.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Starlink factory maintenance activities.
• Perform mechanical/electrical assembly of user terminal components, subassemblies, and final products.
• Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and light equipment (drills, crimpers, presses).
• Operate, program, load, troubleshoot, and calibrate automated equipment.
• Manage inventory for consumables and shop requests.
• Assist engineers with development builds and site improvements.
• Operate material handling equipment per safety guidelines.
• Ensure product quality and maintain clean, safe workspaces.
• Keep computer records up to date and follow procedures.
