Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Electrical Hardware Engineer for Starlink optics, satellites, and related imaging systems. You will own hardware across the life cycle, from concept to production, interfacing with mechanical, optical, thermal, and software teams to deliver high-performance, reliable electronics.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, 1+ years in hardware design, and strong Python/C/C++ skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related STEM field.
• 1+ years designing circuits, electronic products, or hardware.
• Strong experience in full life-cycle hardware development and flight hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-reliability electronics for satellites and spacecraft.
• Drive system trades, requirements capture, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, hardware bring-up, debugging, and on-orbit performance of complex designs.
• Collaborate with mechanical, optical, thermal, software, test, and supply-chain teams to deliver integrated hardware.
• Support hardware through production and satellite integration.
