Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven record of leading New Product Introduction initiatives.
• Expert-level ability in designing complex manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement optimal factory layouts for assembly lines.
• Analyze and define the end to end flow of material and information.
• Develop and maintain detailed capacity models for production rate capabilities.
• Act as the primary liaison between design and production teams.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to drive improvements.
