Job summary

Satellites Unlimited is seeking a Field Technician to install satellite TV and broadband equipment, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on smart home technology. The role emphasizes independent work, strong customer service, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

Starting pay is $18–$25 per hour with paid training, performance bonuses, and an Employee Owned structure. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy objects are required for this on-site

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: lift up to 80 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Install DISH Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google and Ring products.
• Troubleshoot equipment and service issues.
• Educate customers on smart home tech and drive sales through solution-based recommendations.
