Satellites Unlimited is seeking a Field Technician to join our employee-owned team. The role focuses on installing DISH Starlink and other products, troubleshooting service issues, and educating customers on smart home tech to drive product sales.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and strong communication & customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install products from DISH Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google and Ring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and service issues.
• Educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services.
