Satellites Unlimited is seeking a Field Technician to install and service DISH Starlink and related products across the Southeast. The entry level role suits individuals with mechanical aptitude and strong customer service skills, offering paid training and the chance to grow in an Employee Owned company.

You will troubleshoot, educate customers on smart home technology, and drive product sales through solution-based recommendations while enjoying autonomy and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Entry level role for individuals with mechanical aptitude and good communication & customer service skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Install tech products from DISH Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google and Ring.
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues.
• Educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution based recommendations.
