Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Satellite Controller to support real-time satellite operations at New Boston Space Force Station, NH. The role covers TTC&P operations, system monitoring, and maintenance across RBC and ARTS for the Space Force SCN.

The position includes a structured training program, beginning as a Satellite Controller Trainee and advancing to Operator and Controller certs. On-site, 24/7 coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to complete Satellite Controller Training and Certification.
• Ability to obtain 8140 certification within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work rotating shifts supporting a 24/7/365 mission.
• Ability to read and follow Technical Orders and maintenance procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, RF communications, satellite communications, or computer systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time satellite operations using RBC and ARTS systems.
• Execute TTC&P operations per Space Force orders and procedures.
• Monitor satellite contacts, mission equipment status, and communications.
• Configure, operate, monitor, and restore SCN mission systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and fault isolation.
• Respond to equipment failures, anomalies, and emergency satellite support.
• Document maintenance actions and discrepancies in approved systems.
• Coordinate operations with Government personnel and other SCN sites.
• Comply with Technical Orders, Space Force guidance, cybersecurity, COMSEC, safety, and procedures.
• Support contingency operations, shift turnover, and mission surge requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
