Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment OR a bachelor's degree in an engineering, math or science discipline.
• Experience with test equipment and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Assess non-conforming hardware and lead investigations to reduce defects.
• Develop standard work instructions and troubleshooting guides.
• Train production technicians on new processes and tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design integrated test systems.
