Job summary

Astranis seeks an Electrical Engineer to design circuits and PCBs for spacecraft avionics, owning hardware from concept to testing. You will collaborate with engineers across functions to push satellite technology and ensure robust hardware solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PCB/hardware design, strong analog/mixed-signal skills, and experience debugging circuits with embedded software. This on-site role offers equity, health benefits, and a path of growth within a fast-paced space

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of PCB/hardware design experience.
• Passion for hardware development in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
• Strong analog/mixed-signal circuit design skills.
• Experience debugging circuits with embedded software.

Responsibilities

• Design circuits and PCBs for spacecraft subsystems.
• Characterize, test, and validate hardware across the spacecraft.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to architecture, design, and execute for satellite avionics.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team.
