Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to deliver instruction on SATCOM monitor and control systems at customer sites, focusing on MILSATCOM SCCE configurations. Develop materials and coordinate with editors and field staff to ensure accuracy.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance and the ability to obtain TOP SECRET, travel up to 50%, and travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide SATCOM technical training services at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain training course materials and documentation; direct editors and support staff during reviews.
• Interface with customers and field staff to ensure training requirements and materials are current and complete.
• Analyze student test data and course results to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust accordingly.
• Support Technical Training Manager by maintaining up-to-date instructional material.
