Job summary

Get Results Tutoring is seeking Tutors with strong Math and Reading skills to join our team. You will provide one-on-one tutoring, support homework and exam prep, and explain concepts in an engaging, age-appropriate manner.

Record progress notes after each session and communicate with students and parents as needed, all while maintaining a positive learning environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and teaching abilities essential.
• Patience, empathy and commitment to student success required.
• Tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
• Candidates should be self-driven, punctual and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring in math and reading.
• Support students with homework, assignments, and exam prep.
• Explain concepts clearly and in an age-appropriate way.
• Record notes on each tutoring session and next steps.
