Job summary

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced, passionate Math & Science Tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. If you're passionate about supporting students — and you want the flexibility to build a schedule around your life — we'd love to hear from you.

Note: Many assignments operate in Pacific Time, so availability during PT hours is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience working with students who have education needs.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's goals, accommodations, and learning profile.
Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, grade-level standards, and the specific accommodations or modifications each student requires.
Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions, progress, and engagement.
Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and, where applicable, school district partners.
