Job summary

C2 Education in Queens (Little Neck) is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver high-quality lessons in alignment with our curriculum. The role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student growth.

The candidate should have a completed Bachelor's degree or higher and be able to tutor in-person, with after-school hours typical Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on diagnostic SAT/AP/ACT tests.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Follow school policies and procedures.
• Perform duties as assigned.
• Tutor in-person when required.
