C2 Education in California is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver high-quality lessons aligned with our curriculum and help students reach their academic goals in K-12 and AP preparation.

Sessions run after school, typically Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with location variations. A Bachelor's degree and strong diagnostic percentile requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Two years of teaching experience.
• Ability to work part-time after school hours.
• Experience aligning lessons with curriculum standards.
• Strong communication with parents/guardians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
