United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Sash Line Operators to support production for a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville, WV area. This role focuses on assembling window sash components and preparing units for final production.

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team, with shifts Monday through Thursday, and overtime as needed. This contract-to-perm role offers growth opportunities in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and operate basic tools safely.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (closed toe shoes, safety glasses; gloves optional).

Responsibilities

• Assemble sash frames using cut vinyl or aluminum components.
• Install glass panes into sash frames.
• Apply glazing bead or sealant to secure glass.
• Operate pneumatic tools, rollers, or corner welders.
• Inspect sash units for squareness, seal integrity, and defects.
• Label and stage completed sash for transfer to final assembly lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Follow production quotas and safety procedures.
• Meet daily production goals in a team environment.
