Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking a Snap Table Operator for our window and door manufacturing facility in New Martinsville, WV. You will assemble window components on a snap table, align parts, and use hand tools to keep the line running smoothly.

This role requires standing for long periods, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $13.00 per hour with Monday–Thursday shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble window sashes or frame sections using a snap table fixture.
• Align vinyl or aluminum components before fastening or locking them together.
• Insert balance systems, weatherstripping, glass stops, or hardware as required.
• Verify measurements and ensure components meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished sections for gaps, misalignment, or defects.
• Operate hand tools or light pneumatic tools during assembly.
• Maintain production speed to meet daily output targets.
• Keep the workstation clean and follow safety procedures.
• Support team members and assist with additional production tasks as needed.

Shift & Pay
