Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver SASE and SSE engagements for enterprise clients. You will lead remote and on-site deployment workstreams, configuring Zscaler, Prisma Access, Cisco Secure Access, and Netskope platforms, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to client documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in network security, infrastructure security, or security engineering with client-facing or delivery experience.
• Experience configuring at least one SASE/SSE platform: ZIA/ZPA, Prisma Access, Cisco Secure Access, or Netskope Security Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway, CASB, and ZTNA concepts across the SASE/SSE landscape.
• Identity and access management integration with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML 2.0, SCIM.
• Familiarity with routing (BGP, OSPF) and VPN technologies to implement architect-provided designs.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead remote and on-site SASE/SSE deployment workstreams per design.
• Configure and deploy multiple SASE/SSE platforms.
• Contribute to client-facing docs and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor Associate Engineers on platform fundamentals.
• Attend client discovery sessions and design workshops.
• Push for timely delivery while managing scope.
