Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead SASE/SSE deployments for enterprise clients. You will configure and optimize ZIA/ZPA, Prisma Access, Cisco Secure Access, and Netskope Security Cloud, delivering secure, zero-trust architectures.

You will work on remote and on-site engagement workstreams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to client-facing documentation. Travel up to 25% may be required as part of client delivery and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in network/security engineering or related delivery roles.
• Production experience configuring at least one SASE/SSE platform (Zscaler, Prisma Access, Cisco, or Netskope).
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy SASE/SSE platforms per design across multiple client workstreams.
• Lead remote and on-site deployment activities and enable knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Participate in discovery sessions, design workshops, and documentation efforts (HD/LD design, runbooks).
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable delivery assets (checklists, templates).
• Support platform health checks, policy tuning, and day-2 operations tasks.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
