Responsibilities

• Support SAS on mainframe systems and perform version upgrades.
• Handle annual SAS license upgrades and deployment audits.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets for the SAS workgroup and respond promptly.
• Engage with SAS users and participate in change windows.
• Coordinate with team during scheduled maintenance periods.
