HTC Global Services is seeking a SAS Mainframe Administrator to support SAS environments on Mainframe systems, including license upgrades, audits, and engagement with SAS users. This role requires strong knowledge of SAS deployments on Mainframe and IBM Mainframe Administration.

The candidate will monitor ServiceNow tickets, collaborate during change windows, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth SAS operations across client Mainframe environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAS (Statistical Analysis Systems) Software.
• Knowledge of IBM Mainframe Administration.
• Experience with SAS deployments on Mainframe.
• Knowledge of the client Mainframe systems.
• Understanding of client system access for Mainframe.
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends for change windows.

Responsabilités

• Support SAS on Mainframe systems.
• Handle annual SAS license upgrades.
• Conduct audits of SAS deployments on Mainframe.
• Monitor and respond to ServiceNow tickets for the SAS workgroup.
• Engage with SAS users when necessary.
• Work with the team during scheduled change windows.
