Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a SAS Developer for an Austin, TX engagement. The role focuses on building SAS/Python/R solutions for eICR ingestion into TBIRDS, automating workflows, and creating dashboards to support data modernization.

You will conduct needs assessments, develop auto-population scripts, and collaborate with epidemiology and technical teams to document requirements and interoperability solutions. This 12+ month engagement includes billable hours and multiple work-authorizations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAS, Python or R for data processing and analysis.
• Experience generating dashboards to support TBIRDS/eCR implementations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify business and technical requirements for eICR ingestion into TBIRDS.
• Develop solutions to auto-populate selected TBIRDS fields using electronic initial case reports (eICRs).
• Create and maintain programming scripts, workflows, validation procedures, and system documentation.
• Develop, test, and maintain programs using SAS, Python, R, or other statistical tools.
• Build dashboards to support eCR implementation, data modernization, and branch processes.
• Automate workflows such as case triage for clinical review and data ingestion into TBIRDS.
• Test and validate data extraction, standardization, linkage, and processing methods.
• Troubleshoot programming issues and improve accuracy of automated processes.
• Support electronic health data integration into existing registry workflows.
• Collaborate with epidemiology, program, and technical teams to document system requirements and interoperability solutions.
