Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 to support healthcare data integration, automation, and system modernization for the Texas Department of State Health Services. The role focuses on developing and maintaining programming solutions, automating data workflows, and building dashboards to improve public health data processing.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience with SAS, Python, or R, strong SQL knowledge, and experience with ETL and data validation.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with SAS, Python, or R or similar languages.
Experience in system integration, data automation, and dashboard development.
Experience with healthcare, public health, or administrative datasets.
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
Experience with ETL, data pipelines, data validation, and testing.
Ability to document technical requirements and programming solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
