Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting statistical software in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with SAS, R, SPSS, or equivalent, including installation and maintenance.
• Scripting experience with Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation.
• Strong Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems knowledge.
• Solid problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Certifications in statistical software or IT infrastructure (e.g., ITIL) preferred.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms or containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker).
• Familiarity with data security and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for statistical analysis software platforms.
• Monitor platform performance, ensure high availability, and proactively resolve incidents.
• Collaborate to implement updates, patches, and enhancements with minimal downtime.
• Assist in integrating statistical tools with enterprise data sources and reporting solutions.
• Develop platform activity reports, usage analytics, and capacity planning documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, license management, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and service improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
