Qualifications

• Strong Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems knowledge.
• Solid problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Certifications in statistical software or IT infrastructure (e.g., ITIL) preferred.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms or containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker).
• Familiarity with data security and compliance frameworks.
