Sargent Construction Academy in Maine is seeking candidates for a full-time laborer role starting March/April or June 2027. Trainees will learn heavy construction basics, safety, and equipment operations while progressing to lead or supervisory roles on projects across Maine & New Hampshire.

Compensation starts at $20.25/hour with overtime, plus strong benefits. Perfect for graduates or those new to construction seeking a stable career.

• Those that have been graduated from high school at least 1 year, are new to construction, and are looking to learn the trade and start a career with Sargent as a laborer (March/April 2027 start)
• June 2027 high school graduates looking to enter the workforce after graduationand are looking to learn the trade and start a career with Sargent as a laborer(June 2027 start)

Salary:

From $20.25 per hour + time-and-a-half overtime after 40 hours per pay period
