Position: Line Cook

This role involves preparing and cooking various food items, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment, and supporting overall kitchen operations. It can be part-time or full-time, with day, night, and weekend shifts available.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing menu items and food lines.
• Setting up and stocking lines for shifts, cleaning and breaking down lines at the end of shifts.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas and adhering to cleaning schedules.
• Fostering a positive work environment and communicating effectively with team members.
• Following all health and safety regulations, including food safety procedures.
• Managing food storage, rotation, and replenishment.
• Working well in a team, following instructions, and adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
