Navy Life PNW is seeking a Victim Advocate to serve as the primary initial contact for sexual assault victims at NAS Whidbey Island. You will collaborate with the SARC to ensure comprehensive care, provide advocacy, and support to clients across the care continuum.

Candidate should have knowledge of SAPR and DoD policies, strong data/reporting skills, and the ability to deliver trainings. Travel to training and coordination with military and civilian partners required.

Formación

• Knowledge of SAPR program, DoD and SAPR laws and policies.
• Experience providing victim advocacy and crisis intervention.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations and training.
• Ability to collect, organize, and report program data.
• Empathy and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary initial point of contact for victims of sexual assault.
• Coordinate with the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide victim advocacy and supportive services.
• Develop and deliver trainings/presentations as needed.
• Maintain data and reporting systems for program metrics.
• Communicate clearly with all levels of staff and military personnel.
