Infosys Life Sciences looks for a Package Consultant I to support ERP implementations, focusing on inventory and warehouse management within SAP environments. The role emphasizes stakeholder interviews, design discussions, and data migrations, with an emphasis on compliant, secure ERP configurations.

Ideal candidates should have a strong foundation in IM and WM areas, SAP EWM/WM/MM, and willingness to collaborate with global teams across time zones, including occasional night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops, capturing and documenting user needs for ERP implementation projects.
• Participate in discussions between stakeholders and the design team to understand technical solutions.
• Develop and refine codes to customize and integrate ERP packages following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements.
• Perform data migration activities by mapping data fields and executing data cleansing under prescribed guidance for uninterrupted integration.
• Conduct and document compliance checks against defined guidelines to ensure ERP systems align with industry standards and security protocols.
• Draft clear documentation detailing steps followed for ERP package customization to support user training.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops, capturing and documenting user needs for ERP implementation projects

Required Skill And Experience

Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation

Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration

Preferred Skill And Experience

Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain is preferred

Good Analytical and Communication skills

Ability and willingness to work with global teams across time zones.

Hands on experience in warehousing operations is a plus

Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends on need basis.

SAP EWM / WM/ MM certifications a big plus.

Experience and desire to work in a shopfloor environment.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
