Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 for its Life Sciences unit, focusing on SAP EWM within S/4HANA. You will analyze processes, define solution architecture, and implement complex ERP customizations and integrations to enhance scalability and data integrity.

You will lead data migrations, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with GXP and SOX in a regulated life sciences environment, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 end-to-end life cycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA EWM
• Two to three end-to-end implementations with at least one as Solution Architect (preferably on client site)
• Experience integrating EWM with automated warehouse inbound/outbound processes (AS/RS, AGV, MiR)
• Experience integrating EWM with Manufacturing and Quality Management modules
• Strong knowledge in IM: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Valuation
• Strong knowledge in WM: Master Data, Delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts
• Strong knowledge in EWM: ECC integration, Inbound/Outbound processing, HU Management
• Good integration with SD/MM/PP/QM modules
• Understanding of life sciences/pharma business processes
• Knowledge of GXP and SOX in regulated environments
• Familiarity with release governance and incident/testing tools
• Experience resolving post-go-live critical issues
• Experience with MES/WES interfaces (PI/ALE) in non-ECC environments

Job Description :

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skills :

• Experience in SAP EWM Skills
• At least 2 end to end life cycle implementation / roll outs in S4 HANA in EWM process area
• Should have at least two-three end to end implementation projects and at least one where performed as Solution Architect preferably at client location. Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP EWM project implementations
• Must have experience in integration of EWM with automated warehouse – inbound and outbound processes, ASRS integration, AGV and MiR integration
• Must have experience in integration of EWM with Manufacturing and Quality Management modules
• Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation
• Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units
• Must have good knowledge in following EWM areas: Integration with ECC, Inbound Processing Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration
• Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP, Manufacturing and QM
• Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.
• Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.
• Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool and testing tool
• Handled post go live critical issue resolving till stabilization.
• Must have an experience working in an environment utilizing number of non ECC systems like MES, WES using interfaces such as PI, ALE etc.

Preferred Skills :

• Basic understanding of custom code along with basic debugging skills.
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in logistics area will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead team in resolving complex issues in a fast pace and challenging environment.
