Job summary

Infosys Consulting seeks an experienced SAP EWM Lead to manage full lifecycle SAP EWM projects, from requirements through go-live. You will guide clients on best practices, design solutions, and coordinate near/offshore teams to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires 15+ years in SAP EWM, S/4HANA project experience or certification, and willingness to travel for client engagements. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

The Team

The Role

• Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in area of Extended Warehouse Management.
• Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
• Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
• Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
• Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities
• Lead and deliver complex SAP EWM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients on SAP EWM best practices, strategies, and implementation methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules and systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EWM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Have at least 15+ years of experience in this area.
• Big 4 consulting experience is required.
• At least 3-5 Full Project Lifecycles of work experience in SAP EWM.
• Profound Extended Warehouse Management Execution process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
• Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
• Committed to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth.
• An internal talent champion across all sectors; not only directly involved in recruitment, but also in developing the sector-specific skills relative to Infosys’ current service offerings.
• Ability to travel as/when required.

Estimated annual total compensation range :- $210,000-$256,667
